How does Turffa handle shipping and fulfillment for vendor products?

Vendors on Turffa are accountable for shipping and fulfilling orders for their products. We collaborate with Aramex as our last-mile partner. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day, while orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the day after. Vendors can manage order fulfillment, set shipping rates, and select Aramex as their preferred shipping carrier directly from their Vendor Dashboard.

Yes, we have a vetting process in place to ensure the quality and reliability of our vendors. This process may include reviewing your product catalog, verifying your business information, and assessing your ability to meet our standards for product quality and customer service.

Not at the moment, you'll have access to detailed sales reports and analytics every quarter through Turffa’s quarterly report. You will have visibility on key metrics such as sales revenue, order volume, and customer demographics to gain insights into your performance and make informed business decisions.

Turffa manages returns and customer inquiries for vendor products on behalf of our vendors. If a customer requests a return or has a question about a product, our customer support team will handle the issue according to our return policy and provide assistance to the customer and vendor as needed.
